Cancellation policy in case plans change?
Don’t worry about scheduling your rides in advance. We have a 100% cancellation policy up to 24 hours before the trip and if your flight gets delayed or rerouted, we will make sure to transport you to your destination. We track all the flights and travel information to ensure best experience for you
Can we request a stop on the way?
We provide a complimentary stop for up to 30 minutes during every ride upon request. Whether it’s a stop to get coffee, restroom break or anything else. Any additional stops come at an additional hourly price discussed before the trip.
